As per the new guidelines, London is now in Tier 4.
We will no longer be allowing customers to come and collect mail or parcels. Anyone who comes to the office WILL NOT receive mail to avoid the spread of the virus.
The office will be operating at limited office hours during this time, and we will keep you informed when our opening hours are back to normal and when we allow customers to collect mail/parcels.
